This is great information from Randy Haugen that he learned from reading. It is true what they say, "Leaders are readers."

“Smile! It increases your face value. This is perfect word picture and an excellent thought nugget.” - Randy Haugen
The first time, I encountered these deceptively simple words wasn’t during a movie or on television. It was in a book by Charlie “T” Jones. It’s a play on the words for the traditional investment definition of “face value.” Definition: The value of a security (bond) as printed on the front - or face - of the certificate. So, the comparison is that a smile makes our face more valuable to others. Perfect.
In his book, Humor is Tremendous, Charlie even provides book quips. Here are two of my favorites.
His books are selling like wildfire. Everybody’s burning them. – George DeWitt
A classic is something that everybody wants to have read and nobody wants to read. – Mark Twain.
